From 29 July to 1 September, the team from Hélène Darroze at The Connaught will bring a touch of Mayfair to the heart of Provence with a month long residency at Villa La Coste. Hélène will create a unique Provence-inspired menu for lunch and dinner, using regional produce and seasonal vegetables from Villa La Coste’s garden.
